Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise construction activities across our building and road projects. You will interpret drawings, manage site teams, coordinate with planning engineers, and enforce quality and safety standards under our HSES framework.

Our ideal candidate holds an engineering qualification, has hands-on construction supervision experience, and balances technical precision with practical problem-solving on site. Familiarity with quality inspection, commissioning and closeout processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise site activities and enforce quality and safety standards Identify market opportunities, propose new creative directions, and collaborate with designers and content teams to bring campaigns to life. Monitor campaign performance, prepare insights-driven reports, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. Requirements

• Ability to strategize and plan marketing campaigns that connect brand goals with measurable performance outcomes.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including brand positioning, campaign execution, content strategy, conversion funnels, and customer psychology.
• Strong command in English communication (writing, speaking, client presentation) with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, media buyers, and project managers to deliver consistent brand.
• A creative and experimental mindset with the confidence to pitch new ideas, test formats, optimize performance, and adapt to trends.
