The team concept
Our management teams participate fully in large turnkey projects, with professionals across engineering fields bringing over ten years of experience in managing and coordinating projects of this type. Planning engineers operate under the direct control of the project controller to produce and maintain the overall project schedule according to the contract.
Procurement and expediting
Major equipment purchasing is handled by experienced buyers. Quotations, requisitions, computerized bid evaluation, order placement, vendor screening, inspection preparation and manufacturer data processing run through our procurement structure, with expediting and inspection through qualified professionals.
Administration and financing
Project administration, accounting, personnel administration, industrial relations, subcontractor and supplier payments, warehouse and material administration, field offices, financial planning and bank liaison: the unglamorous machinery that keeps projects moving. MAHHI maintains it deliberately, guided by a strict financial policy.
Joint ventures for scale
For large programmes, we carry out turnkey projects in association with joint venture partners: pooling materials and labour resources, reducing costs, and easing access to qualified personnel and equipment.
